I am trying to build the sapi embed module in php 5.0.4. php_embed.c is compiled into php_embed.lo, but the library file never gets built, only libphp5.so. My configuration is: ./configure \ --disable-cli \ --disable-all \ --enable-embed=shared Any idea what's wrong? Thanks in advance,

[PHP-INSTALL] Install Problem

ni.recommend file to php.ini and moved it into C:/winnt directory Is there a better step by step installation guide out there for the above installation environment? Running php -f hello.php from the cmd prompt in the appropriate domain directory results in the file being properly displayed. Any ideas? --Bruce

I've managed to sell my boss on Linux. I've managed to sell my boss on PHP/Apache/MySQL as a stack, with the help of the wonderful FoxServ install package for Windoze. I've just helped him install the stack on Linux, and I can practically hear him rethinking his previous enthusiastic positio
