I am trying to use the with-sybase-ct option when
compiling php but i get the following error whether i
use --with-sybase-ct=/usr/sybase or
--with-sysbase-ct=/usr/local/freetds

Hello im trying to install php 4.2.1 as a mod to
apache 2.0.39 on a redhat 7.3 system. I have compiled
the apache with the --enable-mod=so switch and i have
used the --with-apxs2=/www/bin/apxs switch as well but
when i go to make install php i get teh following
