Oops forgot step 7a) and 7b)
7a) export CC='cc -Dinline= -ma'
7b) export OBJECT_MODE=32
This one depends on wether you're DB2 versions prior to 7.1 (which supports 64
bit). Needless to say you'll need a 64 bit version of Apache if you use
OBJECT_MODE=64.
