o be unrelated to the "Requires(rpmlib)..." line. The
"(%doc)" suggests that the error is a broken %doc line in the %files
section of the spec file. Are all files listed in %doc lines present in
your install-directory?

is not a PHP problem, it's a mail server problem. You will
need to look in your mail servers manual (or google) to find out how to
configure it to use your ISP's relay host.

is on GNU/Linux or some BSD. PHP uses the
mail server on the host itself, so you should configure that mail server
to use your ISP's SMTP relay as relay server ("smarthost").
