Can anyone help resolve this error, i have spend a week of sleepless
trying to find ways and means of resolving it.

Have you checked to see what the Apache error log is saying about why it
doesn't want to start up (if anything)?

to Solaris 10 in the immediate future, I need to figure out why PHP
5.3.3 all of a sudden needs to have stdint.h available, when 5.3.2 did not.
Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

I've run into a bit of a snag. I'm trying to pass variables within a
URL, but PHP is not seeing it.
I'm running v4.2.2 on Linux.
The only place I can think that's wrong is within php.ini:
arg_separator.output = "&"
arg_separator.input = ";&"
