Fedora 8
Apache 1.3.41
mySQL 5.0.45
If I just run "'./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
--with-zlib-dir=/usr/local/include", then I don't have this problem.

I am using php 4.0 and apache 1.3.12. When I run a script that includes a
php file I get an error "include_path=''". I have tried to edit the php.ini
file in the conf directory were apache is installed. This seems to not have
any effect. What am I missing?
