[PHP-INST] PHP tarball install fails on redhat 6.2

works If I add --with-oracle to the configure line, it compiles fine and installs fine. When I try run httpd, apache fails to start. There are no error messages on the console or in the logs, it just silently fails to start Has anybody else experienced this, or have any suggestions? Chris
