[PHP-INSTALL] Making iplanet server parse all files in ONE directory

I am trying to get one specific directory on an iPlanet 4.1/php 4.3.0 server set up so that all files in the directory are treated as php scripts and executed. Basiucally, I would like php to use the extension .html, but only in one directory. Scripts in the directory execute fine if I use the
