I tried latest PHP with Windows running IIS had all sort of
problems.
When I changed to earlier version such as 4.x it worked like a dream.

Hi All,
I'm using PHP version 4 on Windows server 2003.
The rest of the code is working fine but once piece of the code sends an
email to an email address any time the code is being activated or run.
But the sending email function is not working and coming out with the
following error message:

Everything now working.
