Yes this mailinglist hast to be wiped. I do not subscribe a mailinglist to
receive spam from a spam abuse department.
I strongly request to find those in responsibility and charge them a fee
that hurts
for every spam mail over the last few weeks (that is >> 100).

Well, it is pretty simple. That MSI Installer (or any other variant) does not
affect Apache's (httpd) configuration. There are a few lines you have to add
to your httpd config.
There should be a small text-file named "install.txt" in your PHP-executable
directory.
