I just messed up and typed the wrong parameter(--with-ssl isn't even an
existing parameter).
You should configure --with-imap-ssl and -

I need the MCAL functionality in PHP, but it needs ICAP for compiling, and
http://icap.chek.com doesn't respond(Connection Refused).
Please tell me where to get iCAP libs.
