[PHP-INSTALL] MySQL and PHP won't work

I have had PHP and Apache installed and working for quite some time now as I teach myself PHP. I am now trying to get MySQL to work but it wont. I tried to install phpmyadmin and whenever I start it I get a mysql extension can't be found error. I think I correctly enabled the extensions, but I d

[PHP-INSTALL] MySQL won't work with PHP

I am having trouble getting PHP to work with MySQL. Everytime I try to run phpmyadmin it says it can't find the MySQL extension, even though it is enabled. If anyone can help that would be great.
