I have tested php_openssl.lv with DependencyWalker. But it shows only
MSJAVA.DLL dependancy error.
May be there are some ways how to log/monitor something more, than just
"access denied" ar even nothing at all. ?

Yes, I putted almost EVERYONE / ALL PERMISSIONS.
As other librarys stays in the same folder, and, mysql for example. loads
normally.

- have coppied needed dlls to WINDOWS/SYSTEM32
- configured php.ini
At the start, Even viewer showed error: Access dienied for modul
php_openssl.dll
Now - it even shows nothing. phpinfo() shows, sl not loaded.
I have installed openssl from openssl.org/binaries
