Thank you for your response, unfortunately with the package that I am
actually trying to install I need PHP version 5.1.x. There are some
incompatibility issues between the package I am installing and PHP version
5.2. Otherwise that would be very good suggestion.

or the package your system is using instead of spending a hell of time
to search the whole net for mandrake packages.

I am trying to find an RPM to install PHP 5 on a (Mandrake/Mandriva) linux
box. Everything that I have been able to find so far indicate to me that
perhaps all (Mandrake/Mandriva) officially has available is version 4.3. Is
there someplace where I can find version a version 5 installation
