The think I don't get is that libphp4.la compiles fine with --with-jpeg-dir,
but it fails on sapi/cli/php. Why would one succeed while the other fails?

I've compiled PHP 5.0.5 and I added it to my Apache Config as CGI.
My tiny test script:
ends with the following error in error_log and an
error 500
in the Browser window:
premature end of script headers: php
Any Ideas where the error may be?
