I resolved the "Unable to load dynamic library" problem but am encountering
an HTTP 404 File not found condition. I guess you just deal with one error
at a time. There is definitely a PHP documentation problem which I just
submitted in the form of a bug report.

I am trying to install PHP5 with Apache2 Web Server on
a Windows XP Operating System. When I try to run a
simple script ("hello.php" and "phpinfo()" ), I get
no error, but the modules (I need to work with mysql
database) will not be loaded.
Can anyone offer assistance with this problem?

I just found out that the apache currently installed in the linux box
has been built rather messily, somebody else did the build (yes,
really). So I guess I'll have to fix that before proceeding with finding
out what's wrong with my copy of php.
