ok. i have switched my php from the windows installer to the manual installer and it works fine. Now with getting MySQL to work that is a different story. I have the libmysql and libmysqli copied to the respective system and system32 folders. and i get this error when testing the MySql: Fatal

Hi guys. I seem to be stuck trying to get php-5.0.2 config'd with tidy. Config says it needs libtidy. I've tried various approaches to turn the tidy sources into libtidy, but seem to have reached my limits. Does anyone know exactly how this sequence of events is performed?
