I have a little problem with
a php installation on Debian 3.0 sarge
When I try to find out, if a
directory is there with the function is_dir php will only find directories
where the owner is root with the group root
If I run the same file under

on Win2000 with Xitami, upto 4.3.7
I am using the suggested INI file, with mysql extension set, renamed to
php.ini, in the C:\PHP directory as suggested.

I got php files to open under Badblue. I cannot get them to work under
windows xp sp2 with Omnicron. I have tried everythng. I have managed
to get the files to work on another system.
When I press the test.php I get do you want to download this files
