Apache 2.0.49 (Windows 2000) returns a 404 (page not found) when I try to
display a .php page.
I built the win32 debug_ts (cgi) version of php 4.3.8 from the source
tarball under Windows 2000 using MS VC++ 6.0 following the instructions at
