I'm not sure if this is currently the case, but quite a few times in the past a re-configure of an already installed PHP would ignore updating the phpinfo function. So, while the new functions I compiled in worked, they didn't show up in a call to phpinfo. Do the OpenSSL and the FTP functions infa

I am running RedHat 9.0 with php-4.3.4 and Apache 2. I'm trying to add --enable-ftp and --with-openssl, but everytime I recompile nothing at all changes. The compile runs through just fine Then I do make and make install with no problems. But in the end, nothing gets updated according to phpinfo
