I have an issue with installing PHP 5.0 beta 3 on Windows. I currently
have PHP 4.3.3 running as a module for Apache 1.3.24, but I've been
doing some XML-intensive development and thought I might try out 5.0's
libxml functions, as well as just help out the beta test effort.

Ive got a problem with PHP. I want to install it from the begginning, and i
havent got a clue. ive tried tutorials, but they go through all the
complicated terms and stuff, but i just don't know.
I'm going to run it on my home network, and i want to know if i need to
install anyhting extra.
