Yep - I have LoadModule. If I also use AddModule, it just complains on
startup that the module is already added and that it is skipping. If
you take another look at my original example, you will notice that the
"Server:" header seems to indicate that PHP is loaded as well (along
with BEN_ssl an

We're trying to get GD 2.0.17 (and/or the latest, 2.0.20) to work with
