when i try to open a php file on my server it just opens the download
dialouge box Why? and what can I do to fix it? I installed php like the
instructions said and i didnt get any errors.

Windows ME
Apache 2 Webserver
PHP4.3.3

The GD library needs the jpeg library. Either install the
