Check for any php.ini differences between the working and non-working
installations. Most like it is the register_globals setting that is
tripping you up.

But, keep in mind that Apache2+PHP is barely beta-quality and you are
likely to run into problems. For any sort of production server, use
Apache-1.3.x

Is there a way to hold the user in his home_dir?
In a way that he can't read any file down this directory?
If so, and if a have 10 clientes with 10 different home

In order to run php on iis6 you must also add it as a "Web Service
Extension".
Directions:
Once inside Internet Information Services, click on "Web Service
Extensions".
Next, click "Add a new web service extension..." from the task group.
