Make sure the following line is in your httpd.conf file.
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
...and restart Apache.

I tried this and end with the same results, is it the shtool that creates
the libphp4.so in the libs directory? It seems like it's not getting
created there, and so can't be copied ?
