I have recently installed PHP 4.2.3, and am randomly getting the following error intermittantly on PHP pages. If i do get it, a simple refresh in the browser brings up the desired page. Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in Unknown on line 0 Warning: Failed
