I am running the module version of php(4.0.5) AND have a cgi
version compiled. The cgi version is php 4.1.1(compiled with
--enable-discard-path) and this is on a sunOS 5.8 box. I am trying to run
a setuid wrapper that calls a .php4 script. Whenever I enter
the url to the .cgi wrap

can't seem to get any session variables set using any of
$_SESSION/$HTTP_SESSION_VARS/session_register() methods to work. My temp

I got this when I configured with ./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs
# make install

I am running a Sun Ultra 10 with Solaris 8 installed. I have installed
Apache V2.0.32. It works fine. (IPV6 is great :-)
Now I require PHP 4 support so I downloaded PHP 4.1.2 so I run
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
it configures fine. b
You can set up your php.ini file to log all startup and run-time errors to a
log file or syslog. This has helped me many times find errors that were not
being displayed.
Look for these items:
display_errors = Off
display_startup_errors = Off
log_errors = On
display_errors = Off
error_log = /var/l
When tux & httpd are running phpinfo() will not display.
If I shut down tux and restart httpd php runs fine.
Do I need tux running?

be sure that you have dloaded the win32 binary zip package of php form
www.php.net . The executable one does not have the apache support included.
