I installed PHP3 on Windows 98 with PWS and when I run a php file it gives
me ah error:
HTTP Error 403
403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
This error can be caused if you try to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other
executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be
executed.

Trying to install php 4.0.6 with dba,gdbm,dbm,db2 and db3 supports to test
differents libs I made.
I use libdb 3.3 from bekerley, gdbm 1.8.0.

Read the step by step instructions in the install.txt which cam with your php
distribution for what to do in preceisely this situation.
