THAT'S FOR SOMEBODY THAT HAS MY PROBLEM...
The file i mentioned in my last post, is an Apache-MySQL-PHP combo that
includes phpMyAdmin (everything is configured and it works... even in NT)
The problem (It seems only happens in NT) is the next:
