I'm trying to compile a static build of the latest PHP into Apache 1.3.19
on Tru64 4.0f.
I use gcc 2.92.2 as compiler and the latest GNU make.
I've previously done this with PHP 4.03 and Apache 1.3.12, but the current
versions doesn't seem to work.
