I keep getting this error

I just compiled PHP-4.0.4pl1, using both --with-apxs
and --with-mysql=path. My Apache, version 1.3.19, has
mod_so.c complied in. However, I'm having some trouble
with the PHP module.
At first, I got an error that libmysqlclient.so.10.0
couldn't be found, but I copied this over to /usr/lib

OpenLDAP support. When one links shared libraries dynamically the linker
needs to find the shared libraries twice, once at compile time, and again at
run-time when you start Apache. This is why DSOs can cause problems that
