I am running an Apache web server installed on Win2k. I am trying to use the PHP
system() command but unfortunately it doesn't work on windoze! Ihave been told that I
need to use the CGI interface by one of the PHP guys!! Can someone tell me how to do

With PHP Version 4.0.5-dev it works. Both are from www.php4
I have a problem with imap_open:
I can do imap_open on nntp server that has no authentication. But when i try on
a nntpserver that requires a password.. php dumps core (signal 11 gdb backtrace
is #0 0x0 in ?? ()) ( i executed the cgi version of php to be sure that apache
has nothing to do with it
Make sure that in your Apache startup script you export environment
variables
ORACLE_HOME, (ORA_HOME maybe), LD_LIBRARY_PATH and
LD_PRELOAD=libpthread.so (for Ora>8.1.5)
with the correct paths of course.
