Anyway, to answer your question, if I may, you can't guarantee what
you're asking: that's because most browsers will open a new browser
window containing a player which IS Quicktime, but has a different
appearance. IMHO

You can't guarantee it because it's a client-side decision that you have
no control over. You basically link to a file and the browser decides
what app to open it with. You don't get a choice.
