Make sure that your php and DBD::MySQL were compiled against the *same exact* library. Apache loads in mod_php and mod_perl on startup and if they in turn both load two separate libmysqlclient libs then you will get multiple defined symbols--which Apache cannot resolve. -Justin Hannus "Phil Stra
