[PHP] Sessions not written to db on windows...

I have a bit of code that uses sessions and stores session data in the database. Works flawlessly on FreeBSD 4.7/mySQL/PostgreSQL running php 4.2.3. When trying to run my code on Windows 2k with MSSQL and mySQL, its not working. The windows box is running php 4.1.2 (its a dev box). Here is the se
