[PHP] Problems with PHP mail()

Hey all. I am running RH6.2, Apache 1.3.14/php4.04. I am trying to make a simple mail() call to send myself a message when a 404 is sent - as a means of monitoring dead links. Anyway, I have the sendmail path set (/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i), but something isn't working right. Here is the mail()
