Hi, I need pdo_msql and GD2 extension support in my php environment,
but as I am sure you are aware the default build that comes with
leopard on the mac is lacking these extensions. what I need is a way
to either install them or if I really have to compile php with these
included. I have ne
I've suddenly developed a peculiar compile problem in PHP5. I'm
trying to build PHP 5.0.4, 5.0.5RC1, 5.0.5RC2 or 5.1RC1, and they
have started giving me an odd problem with GD:
gcc -I/Users/marcus/src/php-5.0.4/ext/gd/libgd -DHAVE_LIBPNG -
DHAVE_LIBJPEG -DHAVE_LIBFREETYPE -Iext/gd/ -I/Users/
you need to upgrade the bundled cURL to version 7.9.8 (soon to be
7.10.2), or install a special version of the cURL library for PHP's
installation.

and I started having a lot of trouble with it yesterday. Several people on
the smarty list said that it was a problem with PHP 4.2 and OS X.. Smarty

should be out in 30 days or so.
Mike

bullet. However, I can't find much information on OS X Server and a version
of php more recent than 4.0b2 which is what I'm currently running. Can
anyone provide some links or their configure line?
thanks,
Jack
