I just moved an application from one Linux server running Apache to another running Apache. The version of Apache on both is 1.3.12. The version of PHP on one is 4.0.3pl1 and on the other it is 4.0.1pl2. Here is what is baffling for me: one the second server the $HTTP_ENV_VARS array is empty.
