Buttons? Not sure I understand, but try turning the register globals
directive in your php.ini file from OFF to ON.
Although OFF is safer and promotes better coding practices.

Another way of getting buttons without actually "hiring" someone is to kind
of trade them work. Works especially well with people you already know, or
people your friends know.
