I would try copying it to your
"C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\modules\" folder then
change your LoadModule line to:
LoadModule php4_module modules/php4apache.dll
Or if you want to keep it there try this:
LoadModule php4_module "c:/php4/sapi/php4apache.dll"

Why just simulate it when you can run the real thing! Just download Apache
for Windows and install as service. Then install PHP for Windows and with
a little
configuration you are set. I have been using this setup a while now as a
"staging/testing" area before I upload my files to my website p
