I have done a clean install of Pharo 9.0 using the zeroconf on get.pharo.org.
I am using curl https://get.pharo.org | bash
When running the environment, I get a message at startup telling me that my VM
is too old and that I should install a newer one - I am running it on an M1
MacMi
I’m guessing between 10 and 20 thousand. I’m guessing a few thousand for each
of GemStone/S, Pharo, Squeak, VAST, and VisualWorks. I’m guessing a few hundred
for each of Amber, Cuis, Dolphin, and GNU.
I don't know worldwide counts, but the Pharo discord currently has 2875 members
if that helps.
