much about the whole system: would that be hard to implement?

Thank you very much Stepharo and Ben, your answers are very helpful. I also
realised that I should read the Monticello chapter in the book again. It's
amazing how much functionality Pharo provides out of the box, sometimes
almost too much :)

I'm new to Smalltalk, I did the Inria MOOC and really like the way of how to
construct applications. Still I wonder how development teams approach
development with Pharo.
Currently I'm thinking of implementing a small idea of mine with Pharo since
Seaside felt quite nice when I experimented a bit.

Looks good after a (really) short look, except for the content table. At least
if I open the book in iBooks on my Mac every entry for ‘Conclusion’ has the
page number 19, and every ‘Getting Started’ links to page 2.
