When using data entry applications,
we often have to select one entity out of a large list.
Spec provides the entryCompletion option for text fields for that.
That works well for small lists
When the number of different entities grows large however,
or when we want to be able to add a new entity,
Ok I could wait, I have a talk but in a couple of weeks and I want to show
Pharo 5 as backend.
Thanks for the reply and for taking care of this.

The migration is already done. And althought I mentionned in the list
the problems I met, it went pretty fine.
My application is still in development, so no configuration yet.
I will move later soon to
so yes… UFFI is included in Pharo5, and the “official” replacement for NB.
Now, NB had a lot of things that do not fit to what NB was (most of them were
there originally as examples but they became alive…) the functionality you are

Hi Johan,
I've just commited RTAnchorConstraint to latest Roassal, see class-side
example there.
I've been using it for my class diagrams where it works quite well, however
class diagrams are usually orthogonal-ish, which makes it a bit nicer.
The Anchor will avoid intersecting it's own line, a

Hi Tommaso,
you did not define a One>>mongoContainer. I defined it and then it seems to
work.

Better late than never :-) (working on the holidays backlog)
I only have one request: better positioning on labels of nodes and edges. For
example see the image: three of the four labels are badly positioned because
the bounding box of their text is intersected by one or more edges.
I know th
I did not try this. I prefer to start from scratch.

Hi Cyril
It seems the UFFI pre-loaded in the Pharo 5 does not include classes like
"Win32Window" or NBMacShell, or contained methods.
Are these features lost? Someone already working on that?

Hi Hilaire,
Have you checked obsolete behaviors/references in the class hierarchy?
Can you create the class manually and then load methods separately from MC
Browser?

In last resort, it is still possible for a LiveCD to get Pratch
installed even if not a Deb package.
But yes, Pratch will greatly gain exposure being a Deb package,
propagated to the debian family distribution. I write that, but DrGeo is
not deb packaged as well...
Good luck.

Beside that it is fine. Thanks.
One problem si SmalltalkHub. On some project I can't gain write access,
like there: http://smalltalkhub.com/#!/~philippeback/Mold
Althought it is public
