After committing Noah's patch to fix the isolation tests, there have
been two more failures in Rémi's machines pika and coypu:

It looks to me like both the extreme logging of "waiting" messages
and the days-long unrecognized deadlocks are coming from the new "fk"
tests added to the isolation testing schedule.
