Is it possible to build the IP4r module for a windows postgres server? If so
does anybody know how I would go about it?
Otherwise, it would be great if somebody could post the precompiled .dll
file for me.

I am looking at the prospect of building a data warehouse of genomic
sequence data. The machine that produces the data adds about
300million rows per month in a central fact table and we will
