Sure!, I download this packages to same folder, but I used:
rpm -Uvh *.rpm
to install all this packages.

Have you checked the CentOS bugzilla to see if the yum failure has been
reported? You should raise a bug report if it isn't there: if nobody
reports a bug its unlikely to get fixed.
