Just a note on this.
I was trying to install pgadmin3-1.4.3-1.i686.rpm on CentOS 4.4 with
PostgreSQL 8.1.4, but I could not install the PgAdmin3 1.4.3 because it
requires the /usr/lib/libpq.so.3.
