I am using PGSQL 8.2.3. I took a backup of my database selecting "Plain" option
from pgAdmin 1.6. When I am trying to restore it to a new machine having PGSQL
8.2.3 installed, using pgAdmin, the OK button of the "Restore Backup Window"
remains disabled. Why?

machine where postgresql is freshly installed with standard settings. Will I be
able to restore the database?

I developed an app. using VB.NET and MS Access. The Access MDB has 27 tables. I
want to develop the reporting module using VB.NET and PostgreSQL. I want to
know whether there are any tools available that can migrate existing Access
database to PostgreSQL and later synchronize changes in Access d
and pgAdminIII 1.4.3 on Windows XP. I want that the
database in my previous DATA file should get attached to the new pg AdminIII. I
have not got any backup of the database, but only the DATA folder is left.
Is there any way?
