this priveledge and the result is somehow captured so that they
can either go on to a subroutine generating a HTML screen for deletion or a
subroutine informing them they do not have the correct priveledge status,
etc

I've recently compiled and put into service Posgresql v6.4. All is working
well.
I am looking for information on locating, compiling, and implementing a
Perl DBD or DBI for Postgresql. Can anyone assist?
