after upgrading from 7.0.3 to 7.1 i find some snags in the
indexing and 'references' --
ERROR: UNIQUE constraint matching given keys for referenced table "d_language" not
found
so i try going to /usr/share/doc/postgresql-doc/html/user
to find the 'create table' documentation...
where exactly
